I stayed up super late last night. I lied down at 5 am, thinking it was going to be just a nap, but of course nothing ever goes according to plan for me. Figures! I know it's been 9 weeks since I've written in my journal. I got lazy I suppose. But also in my life, I get busy and forget to always write about things that I want to write about. It's easier sometimes to just talk about it than to write it out. But for prosperity sake, I am going to give real snippets of what I failed to share and document.

I am suppose to be studying right now for my midterm, but I feel like shit. I'm sick with a heavy cough and awful sinuses. my asthma is even acting up a bit. I just have to laugh about it all i guess. When it rains, it pours. Two of my flatmates got sick last week and well, one of them is still sick actually. i realize I haven't updated this thing in a week almost. is it bad that i've treated this like a diary for so long? It helps me to remember things in the past, like what i was doing a year or two ago. those who read this are i think lucky. It's probably the only view I give out about who i am as a person. This past weekend was insane. I did lots of packing and cleaning. I'm going home for labor day weekend and I will be finishing up all the work i had left behind last weekend. The best part about last weekend, aside from flirting with someone i was but am once again interested again, was going out with a friend.

I know I still have some stories to tell. blah! I've been so busy with everything. This week was the last week of classes. Next week is finals. I'm frustrated, because I have a 15 page paper due on Tuesday. Exams on monday, tuesday, and friday. I also have a take home exam due on thursday. I know i'll pull through, but damn kids, i'm tired.
